Due Diligence Forum summary

This session examines the key assessments to consider when developing an asset allocation to unlisted property – historical and forecast returns and volatility of returns, particularly when analysing the four main areas of property diversification. These areas are property type, global geography, ownership and the spectrum of commercial risk. An assessment of the asset allocation for investor’s portfolios is made based on allocations to unlisted property, in order to achieve quantitative objectives set for the portfolio in terms of risk and return.
