The new normal minus - Bill Gross' revised paradigm

Following the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, PIMCO articulated its "new normal" forecast of slow global growth and mediocre capital market returns. Recently appending the even drearier modifier "minus" to that outlook, PIMCO's founder and co-CIO, Bill Gross, said that expectations now appear worse than even he feared previously, and he is pessimistic on both the near and long term prospects - and in the long term, fears that capitalism is at risk.
