Global risk outlook for 2013 deteriorates

The problem with kippers for breakfast is that they cannot be digested. No matter what is done, the taste comes back all day. The EU zone's problems are like a kipper breakfast - no sooner do they appear to be under control, than they erupt and create market indigestion. The EU is about to face another round of stomach-churning concerns focused on Portugal and Greece. Italy and Spain too are seeing the impact of a potential resurgence of economic tensions in southern Europe.
